This is the most popular form of outdoor group exercise in the island. Kings started Boot Camp in Guernsey in 2008 and since that time we have helped many individuals reach fitness levels that they only ever dreamt of before now.
Although the name ‘Boot Camp’ may sound quite daunting you can rest assured that the instructors are friendly and approachable and they are able to provide the right balance of hard work and fun in a very sociable atmosphere. It is fair to say that Boot Camp is suitable for almost everyone but you should at least have a good base level of fitness to get the most out of the camp.
The training takes place outdoors on and off-site. Every session includes both resistance and cardiovascular exercises. If all of this isn’t enough to tempt you then perhaps the fact that it is FREE to members is enough to get you queuing to sign up!
Boot Camp classes are Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 06.45 – 07.30, both on and off-site (seasonally).
