Gym Classes

Gym-based fitness classes are ideal for those who are on a tight time schedule. Never longer than half an hour, they provide a great all-body workout, together with an introduction into some of the gym equipment which you may otherwise never get round to using!

All gym classes give members the chance to wear one of our exclusive Myzone heart rate monitors that will track your progress in real-time encouraging healthy competition, or simply inspiring participants to beat their personal best!
