Pregnancy Yoga with Steph has helped me connect with my unborn baby, in addition to stretching out and releasing all those aches and pains that come with an expanding body. It gives you time to relax and focus, and your hips and back really benefit too.

Steph has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, initially teaching Exercise to Music classes including Circuits, before qualifying as a Gym Instructor then training in BodyBalance, BodyPump and Bodyvive. Her love of BodyBalance led her to progress to training as a Yoga teacher and then as a Pilates teacher and she has also qualified in Pregnancy Yoga and Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates. As well as one to one Yoga and Pilates sessions, or a combination of the two, Steph is also able to offer specialist personal training in Pre and Postnatal Yoga and Pilates, including Pilates for orthopaedic conditions. With a REPS Level 4 BACPR Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Instructor qualification, Steph can help anyone who has had a cardiac event to improve their fitness levels (following GP or Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse referral). Steph also has an NVQ3 in Training & Development, specializing in healthy lifestyles and with her experience in health promotion is able to offer advice and information on nutrition, weight management and making healthy lifestyle choices.Download - PT Profile

Niall has recently moved to Guernsey, having worked for Pure Gym in Manchester and Stockport for a number of years as a Personal Trainer. He is passionate about helping people to get to the goals they want and to then set new ones as part of a continuous improvement programme.
