Our Guernsey based trainers provide a personal training service that helps keep you motivated and focused on achieving your goals, all within a welcoming, friendly and safe environment.

As well as the wealth of facilities on offer to members we also have an excellent team of Personal Trainers who can help you design a program which is sufficient to enable you to reach your goals.

    Mark qualified as a fitness instructor over 20 years ago. He is an experienced 'Boxercise' and 'Spinning' class instructor and can incorporate elements of these classes into your workout as well as offer advice on nutrition and weight management. Mark's areas of interest include core strength and stability, toning, weight loss and muscle bulk. His passion for fitness, together with his positive and easy going personality would suit either the inexperienced client or the more experienced client looking for new training plans to maximise their results.

He has over 10 years industry experience, both in personal and class fitness training and has a passion for teaching BodyPump and RPM.     Steph has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, initially teaching Exercise to Music classes including Circuits, before qualifying as a Gym Instructor then training in BodyBalance, BodyPump and Bodyvive. Her love of BodyBalance led her to progress to training as a Yoga teacher and then as a Pilates teacher and she has also qualified in Pregnancy Yoga and Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates. As well as one to one Yoga and Pilates sessions, or a combination of the two, Steph is also able to offer specialist personal training in Pre and Postnatal Yoga and Pilates, including Pilates for orthopaedic conditions. With a REPS Level 4 BACPR Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Instructor qualification, Steph can help anyone who has had a cardiac event to improve their fitness levels (following GP or Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse referral). Steph also has an NVQ3 in Training & Development, specializing in healthy lifestyles and with her experience in health promotion is able to offer advice and information on nutrition, weight management and making healthy lifestyle choices.

    Having been employed in the finance industry for the last 14 years, Claire obtained her personal training qualification with Focus Training in December 2011. Claire enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for health and fitness with others and likes to use a variety of training methods to keep things fun and challenging, ensuring that people stay motivated to reach their goals.
