Audio Visual Lighting enhancements to all our Gym Floors

Following the installation and commissioning of our brand new Kings gym equipment during the summer of last year, we're now turning our attention to transforming the environment for you all to work out and exercise in.

As many of you would have already noticed, we have recently been working with audio visual and lighting / AVL specialist contractors to make significant improvements to our gym floors. Once complete, you will benefit from a greatly improved experience when using our Gym facilities, including a much more comfortable and trendy atmosphere to exercise in.

We will also be upgrading the TV channels on all CV machines so that when exercising you will be able to watch and listen to the key live sports and news going on and available on Sky and TNT. We'll have 3 further content sources meaning we can show up to 3 different channels too. Why sit in the chair at home when you can kill two birds with one stone and watch your favourite teams and programmes whilst getting a workout in? Sounds like a no brainer to me.

Please be advised that the next phase of gym AVL works will be taking place from the afternoon of Sunday 8th September 2024 through until the afternoon of Friday 13th September 2024. Unfortunately during this time there will be some inevitable minor disruption to our Gym Floors, but we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum and will ensure that as many of the Gym facilities are available as possible throughout the week.

A final AVL programming / commissioning visit may be required in a few weeks' time and if so, there will be little or no disruption on the Gym Floor at that time.
