Embrace the great outdoors in our Outdoor Fitness Zone.

Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors can help lower blood pressure. As a result, exercise outdoors can feel less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance. 

Our Outdoor Fitness Zone has a whole host of equipment, much of which mirrors that available on our gym floors, including Rowers, Jacobs Ladder, WattBike, Assault Bike and Ski Erg, together with Battle Ropes, Powabags, Kettlebells, Barbells, Slam Balls, Medicine Balls, Step Boxes, Tyres and a Prowler.  We also have an outdoor TRX rig, which offers a whole host of functional training options.

We also run a range of instructor-led classes based in the Outdoor Fitness Zone throughout the year.

When training outdoors, remember to account for our Guernsey sunshine during the summer months - don’t forget to bring your protective sunscreen and stay hydrated!
