As we progress through major Club refurbishment programmes now is an exciting time to join our growing team in a variety of areas.

We require well organised, meticulous individuals, who have a hard working and pro-active attitude towards problem solving and getting the job done.

The successful applicants should enjoy both working as a team but also on their own initiative. Experience of working within a customer facing environment is advantageous.

Work will be on a shift rota basis and will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING ROLES AVAILABLE

Group Assistant Club Manager (full time)

A hardworking and dedicated individual to assist and support the Group Club Manager in the smooth overall day to day running of the business, including member engagement, the management of staff, maintenance, cleaning, general operations and business development whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and excellent communication at all times. The successful applicant must be IT proficient and assist the Group Club Manager with a variety of monitoring and reporting initiatives.

 

Duty Manager 

An enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for attention to detail and a pro-active approach to problem solving. The successful applicant will oversee the daily operations of the Clubs including member engagement, monitoring efficiency and creating a positive environment for both members and staff.

 

Receptionists (full time)

We require candidates with excellent member communication and organisational skills equipped to have a hands-on approach to general reception duties, including providing a warm welcome to every member and guest, making reservations, dealing with enquiries and complaints, cash handling, reporting of matters arising and providing administrative support to the management team. The successful applicants must be team players but also able to adapt and work on their own initiative.

 

Maintenance Technician

A hard-working individual proud to have responsibility for the upkeep of the premises. Skilled in a variety of areas including basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry and painting with a hands-on approach to problem solving. The successful applicant will also possess good communication skills and be required to oversee and document the unscheduled and planned maintenance programmes of the health clubs.

 

Cleaning Operatives (full time)

We require hardworking and self-motivated cleaning operatives to provide a first class cleaning service to our busy health Clubs. Duties will include sanitising, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning equipment and much more as you expect in a busy public facing facility. Operatives must work in accordance with company frequencies and protocol and be able to complete all tasks on schedule and to a high standard.  An attentive attitude with a sharp eye for detail together with a hands-on approach to matters arising is essential and the successful applicant must be a team player.

Sous Chef and Front of House Clubroom staff

We are currently undergoing a multi-million pound regeneration, including the complete refurbishment of the bar/bistro, kitchen, private dining, event and meeting room facilities and this is a chance for a talented Sous Chef and experienced Front of House staff to join us right at the start of this exciting new chapter.

We are looking for hard-working individuals with a good sense of humour who enjoy working both as part of a team and also in the absence of the Head Chef or Front of House Manager.  A commitment to delivering a first-class service for our members and guests at all times is paramount.

The shifts required will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.  If you are a well versed and experienced in your field of expertise and have good attention to detail with a keen interest in local, seasonal, healthy food then we would love to hear from you.
