The floor-to-ceiling IMAX-style screen wraps around you, a cinema-style sound system combined with feature lighting, specialised UV cannons and strobe lighting gives a sense of movement and the stadium-style tiered bike arrangement ensures that every rider benefits from our unique immersive experience.

The studio features 25 state of the art Stages SC3 indoor bikes, which ride just like a road bike thanks to bespoke Sprintshift gear adjustments. Each bike is also fitted with a Stages Power Meter to measure the power output of the rider.
With three indoor cycling classes to choose from, including the ground-breaking immersive journey of The Trip, alongside our more traditional offerings of RPM and Sprint, there is something to suit every indoor cycling enthusiast.
