Kings Open Weekend (18th & 19th January)

Following the success of our recent Open Weekends, we are delighted to announce that we will again be hosting an open weekend on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th January 2025, 08:00-16:00 on both days.

Everyone is invited to come and so please invite your friends, family and colleagues!

• Come and enjoy free use of all of our facilities, including our high tech gym equipment and best on Island Fitness Classes.
• Participate in a fun and free to enter challenge with the chance to win a free 1 month membership (non-members) or a 4 Pack of PT sessions (members).
• Enjoy a drink and light refreshments in 1857 with our compliments.

• Come and speak with our dedicated Gym Team who will be on hand to help talk you through our gym equipment, including explaining some unique and exciting features. We will also be running a fun mini workout competition for everyone to try over the weekend if they wish, with the chance to win a prize just for participating.
• We are also delighted to welcome Dr Nicole McKenzie (Guernsey Chiropractic) who is now available at the Club and will be on hand at selected times over the weekend to speak about her services and answer any questions. Les Mills Classes - Launch Weekend for new choreography
Over the weekend we will also be launching brand new choreography for our popular Les Mills classes giving you the opportunity to take part in the very latest music and moves in many of our class programmes. Please call 723366 or email [email protected] to find out more.
