Les Mills launch weekend 2023!

What an amazingly fun Les Mills launch weekend we had on the 28th & 29th January!

We hope all of you who attended had a great time and enjoyed trying out new classes with fresh music and content.

A massive thank you to Les Mills Presenter, Lee Smith, for joining us over the weekend. Lee instructed our RPM and GRIT classes on the Saturday which always go down a treat.

Lee has previously visited us for our launch weekends. He has led classes and trained instructors around the world for over 15 years and we know from experience that everyone thoroughly enjoys his presence at Kings for launch weekend.
