Embrace the great outdoors.
Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors can help lower blood pressure. As a result, exercise outside can feel less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance.
We have a whole host of equipment, much of which mirrors that available on our gym floors, plus the additional outdoor-based elements such as tyres and a prowler. We also have an outdoor TRX rig, which offers a whole host of functional training options.
When training outdoors, remember to account for our Guernsey sunshine, particularly during the summer months - don't forget to bring your protective sunscreen and stay hydrated!
