We offer over 120 classes at different times of the day, as part of our membership, free of charge. This includes the very popular Les Mills branded classes in our fitness studios and immersive spin studio. As a member you can use our Kings Club App to organise which classes you will attend during your week.
The classes are a mixture of virtual and instructor led which to suit all levels and abilities.
