Bank Holiday opening times vary and are published on our social media at the appropriate times.

Children under 16 can be signed up to membership as a dependant of a full individual member. This entitles them to various use of the club’s facilities under supervision as stated in the club rules. We suggest anyone between the ages of 14 - 17 has a gym introduction with our Gym Floor Team.

At the age of 16, a child can join the Club independently, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

We are a private members club however we do offer a visitors fee.

No, all members require a club induction which is free of charge. These inductions provide you with important information about the club.

Our mandatory club induction takes takes less than 10 minutes. During the club induction you will be offered a gym introduction to get to know our equipment.

We offer a range of packs to help you achieve your fitness goals, these begin with 2 introductory sessions (30 minute sessions only) and range all the way up to a 12 session pack.

We run over 120 exercise classes per week consisting of 20 different programmes. We are the only venue in the Channel Islands to offer many Les Mills programmes including instrutor led, meaning we really do have something for everyone.

Classes are free to members which provides fantastic value. Non-members may also participate for a fee and subject to availability.

Members may book in for a class up to seven days in advance and non members can book up to five days in advance. Use the Kings App to book classes.

Our new 1857 facilities are open to both members and non-members and entry is free of charge.

The indoor pool is 16 metres long (under renovation) and the outdoor pool is 20 metres long (furthest point).

There are no time limits set, but consideration of other members is appreciated.

A member may book tennis or squash courts up to seven days in advance of the required booking. Contact our Member Services team to make a booking, or use our online booking facility, or Kings App.

Tennis courts can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours per session. Squash courts can be booked for 40 minutes at a time.

Children under 16 are not permitted in the sauna or steam room for health and safety reasons. CURRENTLY UNDER REFURBISHMENT.

Children can swim in the indoor pool between the hours of 10.30 – 17.00 Mondays to Thursdays, 10.30 – 18.00 on Fridays and 11.30 – 18.00 on Saturdays and Sundays. There are no restrictions for the outdoor pool.
