1857 Members Breakfast Seminar - Stress Uncovered; Manage pressure and beat burnout

I wanted to firstly thank everyone who came to our very first members only breakfast seminar at the end of January. Claire provided a great insight about some common nutritional myths, and the feedback we received from those that came was excellent, which was great to hear.

I am delighted to announce that our next members 1857 Breakfast Seminar will be with our Fitness & Studio Manager Jo Richardson who, having recently been certified, will be speaking with you on Stress Uncovered; Manage pressure and beat burnout.

A really interesting and important topic in today's fast paced society, Jo will talk you through evidence behind stress, its impact on health and practical strategies to manage it effectively. Jo will not only present useful information and tips but will also be on hand for a short Q&A after her presentation.
