August Bank Holiday Opening 2020

We will be operating under reduced opening hours this Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August 2020.

The Club will be open from 6.30am until 2pm.

The revised timetable is below:

Indoor Cycling Studio:
0645 –0715: Sprint with Nick
0915 –1000: The Trip with Claire
1015 –1100: The Trip with Claire

Outdoor Fitness Zone:
0915 –0930: Power with Jordan

Group Fitness Studio:
0645 –0730: BodyPump Virtual
0730 –0800: CXWorx Virtual
0830 –0915: BodyStep with Karl
0930 –1015: BodyPump with Mike
1030 –1125: BodyBalance with Annette

Opening times will be as normal on both Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August  from 08.00 until 18.00.
