Following the installation of our brand new high tech gym equipment, we will be holding an official Open Weekend on Saturday 27th May 10.00-16.00, Sunday 28th May 10.00-16.00 & Bank Holiday Monday 29th May 08.00-12.00.

Everyone is invited to come and so please invite your friends, family and colleagues too. 

Come and enjoy:

• Free use of all of our facilities, including our brand new high tech gym equipment.
