Bullet Proof Your Body
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30am (45 min)
Start date: 7th January (will run throughout term time)
Duration: 6 weeks
Cost: £117 (Member) or £147 (Non Member)
This course is designed to support post-natal recovery in which we will spend 45 minutes rebuilding and strengthen the core, pelvic floor and supporting systems.
In these six weeks you will learn how to rehab your core, and how to build lifelong sustainable nutrition and exercise habits with mums who are similar to you.
These sessions provide a safe space to discuss parenting and how you are finding the course.
Mums need to be 6 weeks post-delivery for a vaginal birth and 10 weeks post-delivery for a caesarean birth.

Menopause Mastery
Days: Mondays 18:30 (45 min)
Start date: Ongoing
Duration: Indefinite (pack based)
Cost for member: £50 for 4 sessions, £92 for 8 sessions and £126 for 12 sessions.
Cost for non-member: £70 for 4 sessions, £132 for 8 sessions and £186 for 12 sessions.
Our Menopause Mastery Programme is designed to support women who are in this transition. My aim is to help you build or maintain muscle and bone mass and to keep your body as healthy as possible in this stage of life. Lots of women want to start strength training but don't really know where to start so I hope to give you the knowledge and help build your confidence in what your body can do, while in the environment of supportive like-minded women.

Intro to Olympic Lifting
Days: Saturday 14:00 or Wednesday 18:30 (60 min)
Start date: 25th January
Duration: 8 weeks
Cost: £150 (Member) £200 (Non Members)
A specialised Small Group Personal Training programme tailored to introduce Olympic Weightlifting to individuals of all ages, abilities and skill level! This programme will teach you new skills; Strength, Speed, Mobility and Resilience. No matter your current ability.
