Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer & Exercise Referral Specialist
Steph has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and now teaches two Les Mills programmes, Tone and BodyBalance, holding an advanced qualification in the latter. She also teaches Yoga and Pilates and is passionate about making her classes inclusive and welcoming, so people enjoy their fitness or yoga experience and work to their best ability.
Steph has also trained in Reiki and mindfulness and is a qualified healthy lifestyle tutor, offering advice on positive mental health and weight management. She is also a level 3 exercise referral specialist, which means she can design, monitor, adapt and implement exercise programmes for individual clients who have been medically referred to a fitness programme.
As well as her family and two young grandchildren, she also loves yoga retreats, meditation, cliff walking, sea swimming and is a crazy cat lady!
