Danny Wesley joined the team at Kings in 2020 and has been heavily involved in the design and planning of the new Clubroom.
With over 25 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, from casual dining to Rosette level fine dining, Danny has a long pedigree of prestigious roles, including Head Chef at the famous Champneys luxury health resort, the 2 Rosette awarded Barns Hotel in Bedford and most recently Waddesdon Manor’s 5 star Five Arrows Hotel on the Rothschild estate.
Starting out his career in the early nineties, Danny initially trained with the British hotel and restaurant company Whitbread whilst developing his skills before moving though the kitchen ranks to take his first head chef position with the flagship D’Parys hotel for the Wells and Young brewery.
Danny has had the opportunity to cater for some high profile guests including famous TV stars, sporting personalities and the 4th Baron Jacob Rothschild.
Danny is looking forward to rolling out an exciting new menu within the newly refurbished Clubroom at Kings.
