Spinning is an indoor cycling workout where you ride along to motivational music following a profile set by the instructor. No set choreography for the class enables the instructor to change the profile every session to ensure the participants are always being pushed to reach their fitness goals and remain fully motivated. A more freestyle approach allows the instructor to lead the class through powerful climbs as well as short sharp bursts and undulating hills.
