GRIT - instructor-led
The Les Mills GRIT Series are 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.
1. GRIT Strength
- This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
2. GRIT Athletic
- This workout uses a step, combined with bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall strength, agility, speed and power.
3. GRIT Cardio
- This workout improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. It uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
The Les Mills GRIT Series takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
