These High Intensity Interval Training fitness classes, alternate short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods using our Synrgy360 rig.
Group fitness classes involve moving around our Synrgy rig, trying out the different functional exercises like rope-pulling, jumping, resistance bands, box jumps, cable work, TRX and more. We offer four sessions a week, based on two programmes:-
Synrgy 360 POWER: Strength work and explosive exercises for muscle strength, power, fitness and fat burn.
- POWER session 1 – Monday 10:30 – 11:00
- POWER session 2 – Wednesday 13:00 – 13:30
Synrgy 360 BLAST: High energy conditioning class for muscle endurance, fitness, stamina and fat burn.
- BLAST session 1 – Tuesday 12:30 – 13:00
- BLAST session 2 – Thursday 10:30 – 11:00
