Activities Courses

Adult Dance

In a Kings Dance course you will focus on dancing Ballroom and Latin styles predominantly.

You will learn how to Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot & Tango, Rumba, Samba, Cha Cha and Jive.

From slow, flowing dances to sharp & staccato, elegant & poised, to fun & flirtatious.

These Ballroom and Latin dance styles originated from across the globe, from Cuba to Austria, United States to Brazil.

You can learn the fundamentals of all of them in one place here at Kings.

No equipment is necessary. Comfortable clothing and sports footwear should be worn. Some dance styles may be performed bare-foot so socks should be worn also.

There are plenty of options to modify the choreography, so classes are appropriate for beginners all the way to more experienced dancers.
