At Kings Premier Health Club we offer Les Mills Programmes and other classes as part of our fitness timetables - to cater to all ages and abilities.
Les Mills Classes are offered as Instructor-led or virtual. Les Mills' virtual workouts combine world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivation from some of the hottest instructors on the planet. It's a truly inspiring experience that will drive amazing results. It's also a great way to discover if a class is for you, before stepping in front of a live instructor!
Les Mills (Limited Edition) Thrive - Instructor-led
This is the workout that meets you wherever you are on your fitness journey. A 45-minute low-impact session that helps you feel fit, strong and in control - whatever your fitness level.
Moving at your own pace, you can improve lower body and core strength, flexibility, and balance. Expert coaching ensures you get the most from the science-backed exercises. You finish feeling empowered, happy and fit for life.
Les Mills (Limited Edition) Functional Strength - Instructor-led
A unique approach to strength training that builds power and athleticism in a fun, balanced, don't think just do it kinda way. This series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life. The creative movement and structure mean that at the same time as building muscle, you lift your heart rate and improve athleticism and power. This is strength training like never before.
Les Mills (Limited Edition) Shapes - Instructor-led
This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It's a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.
Les Mills (Limited Edition) Strength Development - Instructor-led
A progressive strength training, meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength over the 12 workouts. This ranges from Foundational Strength, to Hypertrophy, to Pure Strength, while keeping the structure and feel very different to BODYPUMP™.
The music is there to provide great workout tracks without moving to the beat. Instead, LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT uses Time Under Tension, as well as rep-ranges depending on the prescribed protocol of the workout.
Les Mills BodyAttack - Instructor-led & virtual
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Our instructors will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout - challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Les Mills BodyBalance - Instructor-led & virtual
Ideal for anyone and everyone, Les Mills BodyBalance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BodyBalance an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.
Les Mills BodyCombat - Virtual
Step into a Les Mills BodyCombat workout and you'll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
Les Mills instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Les Mills BodyPump - Instructor-led & virtual
Les Mills BodyPump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout, burning up to 540 calories.
Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own! You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Les Mills BodyStep - Instructor-led
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of Les Mills BodyStep - a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
In a BodyStep class you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises and the result is a fun, uplifting full-body workout!. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout successfully.
Our bubbly, approachable fully qualified and highly trained instructors will coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You can burn up to 620 calories and you'll leave buzzing with satisfaction.
Les Mills Core - Instructor-led & virtual
Exercising muscles around the core, Les Mills Core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in Core have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, bum and lower back exercises.
Les Mills GRIT - Instructor-led & virtual
The Les Mills GRIT Series are 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.
1. Les Mills GRIT Strength - This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
2. Les Mills GRIT Athletic - This workout uses a step, combined with bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall strength, agility, speed and power.
3. Les Mills GRIT Cardio - This workout improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. It uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
The Les Mills GRIT Series takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
Les Mills Sh'Bam - Virtual
A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout, Les Mills Sh'Bam is an ego-free zone - with no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower - even if you walk in thinking you can't, you'll walk out knowing you can!
Les Mills Tone - Instructor-led
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a Les Mills Tone class and you'll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes.
The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, Les Mills Tone has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates provides a full-body workout designed to work the muscles and to gently lengthen them. The result is a body that is properly aligned and at less risk of injury. Fitness Pilates will help you to tone little-used muscles groups in the abdomen, torso, upper and lower back, while incorporating a slow breathing technique to energise the body.
This class is not suitable for those who are pregnant.
