Outdoor Classes

Our outdoor group training sessions (which take place almost whatever the weather and season) have elements of military-style fitness programmes and provide a varied full body workout.

Synergy

Designed by our in-house Personal Trainers ideal for those who are on a tight time schedule at only one hour long a session.

A great all body workout to challenge you on all levels. Using a mixture of strength work, and explosive exercised for muscle power, fitness and fat burning.

During the colder months classes are held in the downstairs gym, in our Tribe Zone. When held outside in the warmer months, we hold the class in our Outdoor Fitness Zone. Don't forget your sun cream when we get into the Summer time.

Bootcamp

Boot Camp training is certainly not for the faint-hearted, but the fitness benefits, camaraderie and sense of achievement are second to none.

Kings started Boot Camp in Guernsey in 2008 and since that time we have helped many individuals reach fitness levels that they only ever dreamt of before now.

Our sessions take place in the early morning, which proves popular with office workers as they are able to fit in the invigorating training sessions ahead of their working day.

The training takes place outdoors and every session includes both resistance and cardiovascular exercises.
