Zumba takes the ‘work’ out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party! A total workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, a typical class can see you burn up to 700 calories. You don’t have to be a dancer to take part, but you will leave feeling happy and energised for hours!
