We are always on hand to deal with any queries you may have and all the team at Kings are completely focused on making sure you get the most out of your time with us. Here are some of the more regular questions we get asked if you want a speedy response. Please do give us a call or send us a message if you have question that can't be answered below.

06.00 – 21.00 Monday to Thursday, 06.00 - 20.00 Friday and 08.00 to 18.00 on Saturday and Sunday. Bank Holiday opening times vary and are published on our website at the appropriate times.

Children under 16 can be signed up to membership as a dependant of a full individual member. This entitles them to various use of the club’s facilities under supervision as stated in the club rules. At the age of 16, a child can join the Club independently, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

We are a private members club however we do offer a visitors fee.

Children under 16 are not permitted in the sauna or steam room for health and safety reasons.

No, all members require a club induction which is free of charge. These inductions provide you with important information about the club. We offer a variety of Induction types, including Fast Track, which takes less than 10 minutes, group and individual options which are more detailed and takearound 30/40 minutes. Further details will be provided by the club once you have joined.

Our male and female Personal Trainers are available to assist you to achieve your targets and goals. All of our trainers are fully qualified and trained with a wealth of experience and many have specialist areas of expertise.

Sessions start from £25 and vary depending on the type of session you choose, the frequency and the trainer you choose to have them with.

We run over 120 exercise classes per week consisting of 20 different programmes. We are the only venue in the Channel Islands to offer eleven different Les Mills programmes including instrutor led, meaning we really do have something for everyone.

Classes are free to members which provides fantastic value. Non-members may also participate for a fee and subject to availability.

Members may book in for a class up to seven days in advance and non members can book up to five days in advance. Contact our Member Services Team on to make a booking, alternatively members can use our online booking facility or the Kings App.

Our new 1857 facilities are open to both members and non-members and entry is free of charge.

The indoor pool is 16 metres long and the outdoor pool is 20 metres long (furthest point).

Children can swim in the indoor pool between the hours of 10.30 – 17.00 Mondays to Thursdays, 10.30 – 18.00 on Fridays and 11.30 – 18.00 on Saturdays and Sundays. There are no restrictions for the outdoor pool.

There are no time limits set, but consideration of other members is appreciated.

A member may book tennis or squash courts up to seven days in advance of the required booking. Contact our Member Services team to make a booking, or use our online booking facility, or Kings App.

Tennis courts can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours per session. Squash courts can be booked for 40 minutes at a time.
