Pilates exercises combine strengthening the muscles with relaxation; they lighten the load on your spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances due to bad posture or misuse of muscles and alleviate tension. Not only this but our fantastic Mat-Based Pilates Courses offer a full body workout increasing strength, flexibilty, mobility, physical and mental awareness.
We run two pilates courses in Guernsey per week on Wednesday’s from 17.30 – 18.30 and Friday’s 10.30- 11.30. Courses are six weeks long with one session on per week. Both courses take place on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Each course of six costs just £50.00 for members and £60.00 each for non-members.
Members are also able to purchase a block of six sessions so if a session is missed during any one course it can be carried over and used during the next six week session.
